Salmon Salad

This avocado salmon salad is a keeper! It is loaded with all of the best ingredients; crunchy cucumber, crisp lettuce and juicy pan seared salmon. The fresh lemon dill dressing is so easy and gives this salad amazing flavor.

This recipe takes than 30 minutes, start to finish so it is perfect for busy weeknights and so impressive for entertaining. This salad always gets rave reviews. It is an easy, excellent salad. You will savor every bite.

2 Sheets of lettuce
6 leaves, Fresh basil, finely chopped
1⁄2 tsp. Garlic powder
1 tsp. Lemon juice

4 tbsp. Mayonnaise
5 oz. Salmon
1 oz. Red onion, chopped
1⁄2 Avocado, diced
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, diced


1. Rinse well and clean the lettuce leaves – they will serve as plates.

2. Mix lemon juice, chopped basil and garlic powder. 3. Add mayonnaise and mix well. Set aside.

4. Fill each “plate” of lettuce with half of the finely chopped salmon, and then avocado and onion rings.

5. Top with evenly arrange the mayonnaise (earlier about 2 tablespoons per serving), then place the parmesan cubes.
